Who Brandon Ivan Peña?
He is the CEO of 787 Coffee, a company that offers a true farm-to-cup experience, and the author of the book Creative Fucker, which received notable recognition on Amazon and achieved a spot on the “Best Seller” list.
He is also the owner of Hacienda Iluminada, a coffee farm in Maricao, Puerto Rico, where coffee is grown, processed, and roasted.
Today, 787 Coffee operates more than 30 locations, including Puerto Rico, New York, Texas, and soon Mexico City and southern Florida.
Beyond coffee, Brandon leads his personal brand, brandON, through which he offers business consulting, motivational conferences, and “Business Labs” workshops. With more than 20 years of experience, he has guided entrepreneurs and inspired countless professionals.
Throughout his career, Brandon has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies such as One World Alliance, Tevisa, INC., and more. He has participated as a speaker and designer of international events such as Social Media Week Puerto Rico, Design Shanghai, and Latinos Pa’Lante.
In 2025, he received the Google Ads Impact Award for his innovation using artificial intelligence and business success. Most recently he participated in TEDX UANL, in Monterrey, NL, Mexico.
